The production facility
The production stage requires complete knowledge and quality
control of the product to be printed. This is achieved by
communication between the various technical departments and
the sales consultants involved in supervising your project.
The circulation of documents between the different units is
managed by a specific computer programme. This enables us
to find any defects in the final
print before the automatic presses start production: logo
size, colours, ink effects, etc.
Once all the parameters have been defined and all
risk of errors has been eliminated, mass production on the
automatic machines can begin. We have a reactive and flexible
team working in this unit, using high performance printing,
drying and packaging technology (average production capacity
is 15,000 items per day). These laser-adjusted machines ensure
regularity and precision at
all stages of production.
Our experience with complex textiles which have undergone
surface pre-treatments (stone wash, dyeing, coating, Teflon,
class M1) or which are designed for intensive washing (workwear),
has given us a high level of expertise in ink chemistry. This
enables us to adapt the ink quality and the
process to the selected textile (print temperature, application
of a sub-layer, etc.) in order to achieve optimum results
in terms of the luminosity and stability of the silkscreen
print. |
