A little history…

Graphy Océane founded on 1 March 1982. Initially, the company was a generalist silkscreen printer employing two people.

1984
Graphy Océane was printing more and more for the ready-to-wear market and decided, for reasons of quality, to specialise in silkscreen printing on textiles.
Since then, its machinery has been carefully selected for a specific purpose. The staff has been trained on the quality standards of our prestigious customers.
1988
Graphy Océane built an industrial facility at Thouaré-sur-Loire.
As its competencies became better known, Graphy Océane acquired a new customer base, the workwear manufacturers, an industrial sector with exacting standards in terms of wash quality.
1995
To meet the challenges posed by offshore manufacture, more and more common in ready-to-wear, the company concentrated its expertise on promotional textiles.
The advantage for this new customer base lies in the benefits derived from silkscreen printing which can meet requirements in terms of quality, reactivity and rigour, essential in the ready-to-wear market (collections and production), and of durability and fade resistance in workwear.
1998
Creation of its Moroccan subsidiary Graphy-Oscéane-Maroc in Casablanca.
The synergy between our three areas of activity, combined with our presence internationally, is enabling us to compete successfully in the silkscreen textiles market, with an exceptional level of expertise.
2001
Extension of the facility at Thouaré-sur-Loire: 600 m2 added to the first building. The purchase of new machinery and the expanded workforce has increased our production capacity and enabled us to improve our reactivity further.
2002
Graphy Océane is celebrating 20 years in business. The fiscal year that ended in August 2002 was marked by growth of more than 40%, and our staff increased to reach an average of 49 people.
In Morocco, we strengthened our production potential, expanded our premises, and cemented our presence and our competitive edge for large-volume productions.
2004
Embroidery workshop created: "Brodery-Océane". Our internal programmes were completed and we now have 4 machines installed with from 2 to 12 heads.

Retail site www.boutique-france-olympique.com created, intended for the sale of sport items to individual members of the public (opened in April).
Investment in a new automatic folding and bagging machine for printed textiles.

2005
An 18-station machine with a potential for printing 16 colours for more complex visuals was purchased. Land for building new premises better suited to the development of our company was purchased.
