LASER ENGRAVING
Brodery Océane has a GRAPHIXSCAN laser
machine which enables any surface, whether textile,
leather, plastic, etc., to be engraved or decorated
from a traditional vector or image file.
The laser works in three ways:
- Fading or depigmentation of the dye according
to 64 grey levels for the reproduction of images.
- Deep engraving on polar fabrics, foams, flocked
or screen-printed fabrics.
- Cutting-out of shapes according to a motif or
creation of holes inside a design.
